The new academic year is about to start. An academic year in which the Recognition & Rewards programme at UM will continue to develop through discussions and pilots of its application.
This programme encompasses a movement from focusing on a limited number of quantitative indicators of research performance to a much broader array of activities and achievements. In the new approach, assessment is based on a narrative, supported by relevant and responsible quantitative indicators where possible.
Did you know that certain library services can help you make this broad range of activities and achievements visible? In this Library+ Research update, you can find out more about those services.
